(CAN THIS BE) HOME
The past is a foreign country, we can never return.
Half music gig, half spoken word, Kolbrún examines the immigrant experience of Brexit, while flautist and composer Tom Oakes plays the tunes his travels have inspired. A show literally in the making since the summer before the EU referendum, we take stock of where we are now. Can we ever feel at home again?
Received script development funding from the Tom McGrath Trust, Traverse Theatre Hothouse development and Tron 100 Festival support. Winner of New Territories Award Prague Fringe 2018.
"urgent real life insight into the everyday ramifications of the business of bad government" - **** - Neil Cooper, The Herald

BITTER SWEET
Two people are stuck. He used to trust her; she may have fancied him once. There was something that originally glued them together, but it’s hard to remember just exactly what. They are sure it wasn’t always guilt, wasn’t always fear.
A portrait of a relationship, Bitter Sweet explores habit, guilt and the things we do to keep the status quo.
'Exhausting for both the audience and the cast, this is a play that will stay with you long after it ends.' TV Bomb

CHET BAKER, LOVE
A (de-)construction of a real life relationship, Chet Baker, Love explores the ideals of love, the feeling of regret and first and foremost how a piece of music can define a relationship. Love is a fleeting memory. If only one could catch it, define it, make it into something tangible.
Directed by Joshua Lucas
'Chet Baker, Love is possibly one of the most unorthodox and intriguing plays I have ever seen.' Exepose
